Returns for refund accepted within 14 days on new/unused merchandise.
- After 14 days in store credit is issued for new/unused merchandise.
- No returns after 30 days.
- Sales are final on items discounted 15% or more.
- Refunds are only issued by the original tender method except where store credit is required.
- All returns may be subject to a restock fee.
- Refund will be for order subtotal only and will not include shipping.
- All sunglass sales are final.
- All swimwear sales are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.
- All returns require an original receipt and/or an RMA number issued by Chico Sports, LTD.
- Free Shipping offer does not include return shipping to Chico Sports LTD. Customer agrees to pay for all return shipping to Chico Sports LTD.
- All warranty issues should be directed to the manufacturer, not Chico Sports LTD.
